WHO IS POSTURE THERAPY FOR?

Posture therapy is for anyone and everyone. The general age range using posture therapy is getting younger every year, in part due to our more sedentary lifestyles nowadays. It is encouraged to start posture therapy/functional movement training with kids to help them avoid alignment issues as they grow.

Working Out at Home

CAN THIS BE DONE REMOTELY?

Absolutely. This therapy does not require any hands-on manipulation and only calls for minimal equipment (typically items you already have at home). Currently, 100% of Kayla's clients visit her remotely via Zoom.

WHEN DO I SEE RESULTS?

Within your first session! We choose the posture exercises that give you immediate benefits - better balance, alignment, less pain, etc.

Through your daily practice of your posture routine, you'll recognize how you have the power to sustainably change your body as your pain relief lasts longer and you start to reach goals you originally thought were unattainable.

WHAT CAN BETTER POSTURE HELP WITH?

Since posture therapy addresses the whole body, your whole body will benefit. Here are some symptoms/diagnoses that this therapy helps with regularly: back pain, joint pain, sciatica, scoliosis, plantar fasciitis, headaches/migraines, neck tension, muscle spasms, disc bulges/herniations, carpal tunnel and more.

Better alignment doesn't just alleviate pain; It also allows your muscles to work symmetrically and all systems in your body are given the chance to work more efficiently. The best part is you're retraining your body to hold this new positioning and functionality long term.
